Foraging Walks & Workshops

 I run a seasonal selection of foraging walks and workshops from early Spring to late Autumn. These generally involve a foraging walk, gathering and identifying wild plants, then a chance to sample a selection of wild snacks or get involved in cooking them up. There is an emphasis on eating and feasting!

 I am also available all year round for private bookings: One to one sessions, group/ family bookings, corporate events, clubs and groups and hen and stag dos.

Talks & Demos

 I am available to give talks on wild food and foraging and also cookery demos.
 I have given a number of talks to a variety of different groups and organisations and have also lead cookery demonstrations at food festivals and events.

Interactive Wild Food Stall

After spending many years attending food festivals and markets with my Wild Pickings stall I am now available to hire with an interactive stall.
 This can be a general foraging display or more specialised: My Edible Seaweed stand was very popular last year at a number of food festivals where I had a selection of tasty Welsh seaweeds on display, to touch, smell and taste, alongside workshops where people could mix their own seaweed salts to take

home.
